I started my healing path with becoming a Reiki master in 2005, then I received the Violet Flame healing with Saint Germain in 2007. In 2019 I began using the Bоdу Соdе (part of which is the more popular Еmоtiоn Cоdе) and I also got certified as a BоdyTаlk Technician. Since 2023, I have been studying Kinesiology and I am certified in a couple of K-Power modalities (soon to become an instructor) and in Touch for Health. I am in love with Kinesiology and plan to do sessions in it when I am ready. Right now, I can offer free sessions in Touch for Health, as I am still learning it. I am also a certified BOLD birth facilitator and work with pregnant women, helping them prepare for a beautiful birth experience.
I would like to clarify that I see myself as a healing facilitator, not a healer, tapping into the Innate Wisdom of the body-mind-spirit complex of an individual, through muscle testing (kinesiology), and asking the subconscious/superconscious of each individual I work with what his/her healing priorities are. Through this technique one can work on physical/health issues, as well as emotional, relationship, financial and basically any aspect of life one may want to improve. I truly believe that we are made by our Creator to be perfect. The stress in today's fast-paced environment, coupled with the poisons we're breathing, eating and drinking, as well as the unnatural electromagnetic radiation around us, have put many of us out of balance. With a little help, we can get back on track, rebalance our body, mind and spirit and allow self-healing to take place, as it was always meant to.
My mission is to help bring us closer to a peaceful co-existence with all life on our beautiful Earth. I aspire to empower people to take responsibility for their own well-being and that of our children - by taking health, birth, learning and the care for our environment into our own hands and restoring our connection with Mother Earth. These are the four cornerstones of my life's work and at their core is conscious parenting.
I was born in Bulgaria on April 25th, 1978. From 14 to 28, I spent 2 years in Australia and 10 in the United States. Being a Sanguinist, I have a very diverse learning path. I went to university in Connecticut and completed three Bachelors degrees in International Political Economy and Diplomacy, Marketing and Mass Communications. When I returned to Bulgaria I did two Masters degrees in Public Administration and Environmental Engineering. I started my career while still in university with graphic and web design, then I worked in an advertising agency for 3 years, but got frustrated with the corporate for-profit sector and switched to the non-profit, starting as a project director and later becoming communications director for an international organization called Service For Peace with which I stayed for 7 years till I started a family and became a stay-at-home Mum. Back in Bulgaria, I founded a non-profit organization called Volunteer Bulgaria and got involved in environmental and natural birth activism. I got certified as a permaculture designer and eco-village design trainer. When I became a mother, as my kids got close to school age, I started exploring various methods of education for my children and I most closely resonate with Waldorf education and unschooling. In 2022, I completed a 3-year program as a Waldorf teacher for kids 1st to 12th grade. My master’s thesis explored the idea of practicing unschooling at home with Waldorf methods. I almost did not get the diploma because of this idea. ;o)
I'd been dreaming about helping create an ecovillage here in Bulgaria since 2006 and since 2013 we found the appropriate location and our family is co-creating a multicultural community of environmentally conscious people who walk gently on Earth and take ownership of our lives, who have fun and grow together, who share food, work, learning, resources and life's bounties to the level each one feels appropriate. We have been living here part--time close to Mother Earth since 2013 and full-time since 2018 Our small community comprises five families for now and we are growing.
